Position Miner functions to gather data from search engines.
- Position Miner runs as a seperate application started either automatically
or manually.
- Multiple threads can be run simultaneously, up to 50, which is equivelant
to running 50 browsers. Naturally, the number you use will depend on the
hardware and bandwidth resources available to you.
- Position Miner can be throttled to tweak performance and a variety of
statistics are visible to report on progress. Side windows (the text display
and "ball" display shown on the left and right of the image) can be
closed seperately.
- Daily View displays immediate results from within Position Miner.
- Each progress page displays the statistics of up to seven connections,
additional connections can be displayed by simply paging foreward.
- One or more projects can be selected to run.
