| Introduction |
Rank Exec comes with a feature called Notification.
Notification gives the user the ability to automatically generate one or more
of a variety of reports and have them emailed to one or more recipients.
Notification occurs at the end of a Position Miner session and is user
selectable to run after Position Miner is run manually or automatically using
the Task Scheduler.
Notification is a convenient way to send reports to members of your team, or
elsewhere in your hierarchy, or send reports to your clients (note, some
licensing restrictions apply when sending emails to parties outside of you
business. If in doubt, contact Rank Exec Sales using the
support page and they can help clarify this
restriction).
Probably the best use of Notification, is when teamed with Task Scheduler, you
can have reports waiting for you in your inbox every morning, or at whatever
interval you setup. By doing this, Position Miner can run during off-hours,
reports can be generated, then selected reports can be emailed. |

create one or more projects.
- Second, you will need to setup these projects using
Task Scheduler.
