| Introduction |
At least one project must be created for Rank Exec to
work
Unlike many competitive products, Rank Exec allows the user to create an
unlimited number of projects. Projects can have a variety of functions:
- SEO professionals can create a project for each site they maintain.
- Group your site with competitor sites' for comparative analysis.
- If analyzing a multitude of search engines, search terms, and/or URLs, you
can segregate your site into several projects for ease of use.

| Needed Elements |
The primary composition of a project consists of Search
Engines, Search Terms and URLs. A project must have at least one of each of
these elements to exist. The combination of these three elements define how
ranking is found. |
| Other Elements |
Additionally, a project will have, unique to each project, a
Search Depth and a Key URL. These will be described later in this document.
Projects will also contain their own charts, queries and other setups that,
again, are unique to the project. |
